Dota 2 on Intel GMA 4500
Runs great. Been playing it since beta and never had problems.
It even doesn't need configuration file edit.

The Elder Scrolls Online on Intel GMA 4500
Running, playable.
Bad visuals, but if you can get over it, one more playable game for 4500 :)

Star Wars: Republic Commando on Intel GMA 4500
Runs good at 20-40 FPS.
I recommend using next video options:
Dark Messiah of Might and Magic on Intel GMA 4500
Runs great in 30-60 FPS.
You can use my recommended settings:
Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 on Intel GMA 4500
Stable and fluid, runs in 30 fps.
Resolution 800x600, video options low.
BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger on Intel GMA 4500
Runs ok, in 25-40 FPS if using config for lower resolution.
Dishonored on Intel GMA 4500
Runs smooth most of the time, but when there is a lot of action it behaves slow.
Not entirely enjoyable to play, but playable.
Command & Conquer: Generals – Zero Hour on Intel GMA 4500
Runs great, same as Generals. Resolution 1024x768, all video options HIGH, in 30+ fps.

Sail Simulator 5 2010 on Intel GMA 4500
Running very good.
Medium to low settings, resolution 1280x720.
In 9-20 fps.
Paintball 2 on Intel GMA 4500
Running great. Afterall, this is old game.
All high settings with Hi-resolution textures, runs in 20-40 fps.
Without Hi-resolution textures, 40+ fps.
Anachronox on Intel GMA 4500
I used GOG.com version of the game.
Runs in 40-69 FPS in 1024x768, with lower resolutions it can go over 130 FPS.
Very smooth and no problems.
Path of Exile on Intel GMA 4500
Runs great, on low-medium settings.
Lower resolution (800x600) and it runs in 25+ FPS.
Playable and great game.
Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons on Intel GMA 4500
Playable in 9-20 FPS with config.
Config uses lower resolution 640x400.
