Both running, Tropico 4 runs great and Tropico 3 runs ok.

Tropico 3

Runs ok, slower than Tropico 4.
Running in 8-20 FPS, everything off and low in 1280x720 resolution. You can gain more FPS if you lower resolution to 1024x768.

My settings: OPTIONS > VISUALS
All low and off, resolution 1280x720

Tropico 4

Great and very optimized game, totally playable. Runs in 10-22 FPS with my preferred settings, and 14-28 with 1024x768 and everything lowest.
