Both games run, but only with low FPS and they run slowly. They are playable but occasionally slow. There are couple of tweaks, check it out.

ANNO 2070

Game runs but it is slow, playable but slow, with editing config file it can run in 7-15 FPS.

Start game, goto Options
Under General change next
Screen resolution 1024x768
Graphic quality LOW

Under Graphics
Everything LOW, OFF or NONE

Close Options and save by pressing OK

Config Edit

Goto Start and select Run
Enter next in Run and press OK
%appdata%\Ubisoft\ANNO 2070\Config\

Now replace existing Engine.ini with this modified Engine.ini (Download Anno 2070 Config)

That's all!

Assassin's Creed Revelations

Running but needs heavy tweaks to run smoother, still it doesn't get smooth enough.
It gets 9-15 FPS, only problem is that controls are little too much sensitive.

First update game to v1.01

Start game, goto OPTIONS > GRAPHICS
Set next

Resolution 800x600
MULTISAMPLING OFF
VSYNC OFF
ENVIROMENT QUALITY 1
TEXTURE QUALITY 1
SHADOW QUALITY 1
REFLECTION QUALITY NONE
CHARACTER QUALITY 1
POST-EFFECTS OFF

Save and exit game

Now download this Assassins Creed Revelations Hack Resolution
Extract files:
d3d8.dll
d3d9.dll
enbconvertor.ini
enbseries.ini

To main/install folder of Assassin's Creed Revelations, where exe file is.

Now you can play game, if you would like to change resolution, open enbseries.ini in Notepad
and change next:

DisplayWidth=
DisplayHeight=
