Magicka runs and is playable but it is little slower and Hydrophobia runs so slow it is not playable. Check more down.

Magicka

It is little game and doesn't seem that it needs great hardware but, it needs XNA in which it is made.
Intel GMA on the other side doesn't like XNA

It runs since/with update 1.4.5.3

Game runs in 9-15 FPS, but not smooth, playable but not good enough for me.

Use this Magicka olio Config v1, extract Settings.sav to
C:\Program Files\Magicka\SaveData
and overwrite old Settings.sav

Hydrophobia Prophecy

Game can run but it is unplayable, laptop can't handle large amount of water physics that game uses.
In every area with large amounts of water (almost all parts of game) it runs in 2 FPS slideshow.
In areas that have no water or small amount it runs in 3-15 FPS and it is playable but every area in game has water.
