Alan Wake and Heavy Fire Afghanistan on Intel GMA 4500

GMA4500MHDALANAFGHANISTAN
Alan cannot run and Heavy Fire runs but it is not greatly optimized and not enjoyable.

Alan Wake

Game won't run on GMA4500M and GMA4500MHD

When started it gives next error:

Alan Wake - Error
Multi-sample antialiasing not supported by your graphics hardware.
Alan Wake requires this in order to run. Please see that your system
conforms with the minimum specification and ensure you have the
latest graphics card drivers installed.

Game requires MSAA (multi sample antialiasing) and GMA4500 cannot use it for some reason.
Alan Wake doesn't like slow hardware and requires big fancy graphic cards.

There is no way to disable MSAA, authors of the game said that game needs MSAA to run properly and they won't make patch for option to disable it.

You can run game with SwiftShader, but in 1 FPS :)

Update game (latest version) and use
-w640 -h480 -window -novsync -noblur
in target box, on game shortcut/exe.
With this you can run in 1-3 FPS xD

Heavy Fire Afghanistan

Game is running, but lags while moving (on rail shooter so no problem) and has low FPS.

This is poor port from consoles so it is not optimized.

So, playable but only in lower resolutions.
In 640x480 runs in 7-12 FPS

This performance wasn't enjoyable to me, low resolution with tendency to lag not enjoyable.

For optimization, and lowering resolution download this Heavy Fire Afghanistan olio Config v1 and extract resolution.txt to C:\Program Files\Heavy Fire Afghanistan\data and overwrite existing.

You can change resolution further inside resolution.txt
