Just Cause 2 on Intel GMA 4500

Doesn't work on GMA 4500. Needs DirectX 10.1 and won't work, yes GMA 4500 supports DX10 but not all DX capabilities.
It gives error on start:
Fatal DirectX error! Code: 15 Result: 0x80070057: E_INVALIDARG The game will now exit. Try starting the game with /failsafe if the problem persist.
